When Is Bowl for Kids’ Sake?

Big Brothers Big Sisters has held BFKS annually every Spring for more than 25 years. This year, given COVID-19 and our community’s need to practice social distancing, the in-person version of this event has been cancelled. It was scheduled to begin Friday, May 8th.

To honor the spirit of this longstanding event and celebrate the mission of Big Brothers Big Sisters, we embarked on a Bowl for Kids’ Sake online fundraising campaign, beginning Friday May 8th, and closing Monday, June 15th with a celebratory livestream. And with the help of business sponsors and people like you, we raised $41,000 for the people in our programs!

How does Bowl For Kids’ Sake work?

You have two options for contributing to our campaign: make a one-time, individual donation, or “create a team” to multiply the impact of your giving!

If you choose to create a team, then youas the Team Captain recruit team members to join your team and contribute to helping Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Inland Northwest meet our campaign goal. Simply share the link to your team’s page with others. Ask your coworkers, clients, friends, and family to join your team and help us follow through towards meeting our goal.

Company teams can include friends and family who don’t work within the company.
