We seek individuals who reflect our core values:
Values: Our family of stakeholders include the children and families we serve, and our volunteers, staff, Board members, donors, business partners, and more broadly – the community we all inhabit and share. The values we hold as sacred – Inclusion*Integrity*Growth*Community – inspire and drive us to perform. These values influence our organizational behavior, inform our decision-making, and guide our future planning. Join us and hold us accountable to that which we hold sacred. Together, we are defenders of human potential.
Inclusion is not only accepting and respecting each other’s differences, it is celebrating them. Our differences make us stronger as a community. We believe embracing diverse backgrounds will empower our local youth by letting them know they are not alone. Inclusion is a cornerstone to a better future, because with inclusion comes freedom of thought, strengthened empathy and the confidence to grow bigger together.
Integrity permeates all aspects of our organization. We use evidence-based best practices in our service delivery model, measure progress in and the strength of our mentoring relationships and seek stakeholder feedback to refine and improve how we do things. We hold ourselves accountable to the community we serve by practicing transparency and good stewardship of our time and resources.
Growth is a mindset. We embrace challenges and the opportunities to grow that stem from them. We never want to stop learning and we strive to create and sustain a culture that is open to continuous improvement. We believe it’s natural to discover a better way of doing things. Our perspective is rooted in the belief that all people harbor the potential to contribute in meaningful ways and our mission seeks to trigger and actualize this potential.
We strive to foster a sense of Community with our stakeholders and beyond. We believe that through working together and supporting one another we are better able to achieve our shared goal of positively impacting youth and shaping a better future for the Inland Northwest.
